Definitely not Houston. All of New ORleans is occupying Houston and all of Houston is in New Orleans working on construction crew and other jobs. The traffic in Houston sucks! It takes you literally an hour to go 3 or 4 miles even at not busy times of the day. New Orleans will be back up and running, it may take time, but it can't get any worse unless of course another Hurricane rides through and wipes the rest out being they still dont have the levees fixed properly. I miss New Orleans and if i had a choice id go back home, but reality check What is there to go back to?

all depends on what the individual is looking for. certainly nola has its' share of problems and to believe houston doesn't is simply not true.
i know one thing for sure, traffic in houston is awful along with other typical urban concerns.
houston can just as easily get hit with bad weather, hurricane or not, and it's not that much higher sea level wise. the easy thing to do is to believe everthing in the media about new orleans, mostly negative, and then move to houston. i personally challenge anyone to look more closely at both cities before making an uniformed lifestyle decision.

ignore about Mizzhollywood. She's in simple terms depressing about existence. Houston has the commercial base lacking from St. Louis (as in, the commercial device is a lot more effective distinct), we've a larger inhabitants, more cost-effective housing, and a decrease unemployment fee (St. Louis' unemployment fee has averaged 5.18% this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, Houston's unemployment fee has average 4.25%). we've more effective human beings, a colourful city that has human beings from around the international residing the following, the humanities, activities, you call it we exceedingly a lot have it.
