What's the name of a bunch of pictures that make one big picture? I can not recall the name.?

This is a bunch of little pics that make another big pic. I remember having a software that made that but I forgot the name.

What you are most likely thinking about is a photomosaic. Where smaller images blend together to form a bigger more well known image like the "Mone Lisa" or "Starry Night". See my source for an example...
