When I had a sunburn the best relief I found was Noxzema in the pump (not the thick stuff)... Cooled the burn and kept skin moisturized. good luck

The vinegar only works for a few minutes....oowww

There is actually an aloe vera gel that works great. If you refrigerate it then put it on. Use it all the time.

Warms showers??? Oww, doesn't that hurt? A nice swim in the pool usually cools me down for a while. Also, believe it or not, cold yogurt takes the pain away somewhat. Rub some cold yogurt on your body where it hurts.

I have heard of patting vinegar on the burn and it will take the sting out. Noxema cold cream will work. Keep putting it on as it wears off. Put it on lots for the first day or so. Use lots. Cold cloths patted on the skin or held on there will help. You want to get the heat out of the skin.

Take a Tylenol or Advil. To help with pain you can apply Noxzema or pat on some vinegar.

You may want to try a mixture of baby oil, vinegar and iodine. The baby oil moisturizes your skin, the vinegar takes out the sting and the iodine helps it to tan.
