They were pretty friendly and came into my house to eat some cat food. I am wondering if they belong to somebody since they are pretty friendly, although they don't have any collars on and it was 1 in the morning when I found them. What should I do with these guys?

How old are they? Because they aren't scared of you, it sounds like they belong to somebody or DID belong to some idiot who dropped them off to be on their own. They could have strayed from their mother and can't find her. Check around your neighborhood and see if they belong to anybody. If not, here is your opportunity to save some lives and either give them a home or find them nice home. Keep them inside for now if they are little so that they are not killed by predators or cars...or by idiot humans.

keep they and find them good homes. They are probably homeless kitties and lost their mommy.
