Something smooth and shiny that will have a good balance when thrown and not harm your hands too much.

Igneous rock would be suitable.
Actually I think that some Churches OK working on Sunday because you have to provide for you and your family. Besides - what would happen if doctors decided to take the Sabbath off, or the electric company, phone, water, police all took the day off for that matter?

We do not live under the law of Moses in the USA, & thank God it was done away with when Jesus paid the sin-debt for all of mankind. He did however say "If you're angry at a sibling, you are in danger of the Judgment." One other thing, Sunday is not the Sabbath, Friday Sundown till Saturday Sundown is The Sabbath.

Why stone her? Following the teaching of the bible?
Well, if your brother sin, pray for him. Anyway, no mentioned that Sunday is a must. It is recommended to have fellowship always.
There's one year, where I have to ensure the safety of the people in the turf club (I was law enforcer in those days), I skip church on Sunday too, but I make it up on Saturday service, and my paster is well aware of it. However, I have to do something to get myselve out of it. And i did.
By the way, is stoning her help?

Lmfao. I would personally use lots of little pebbles, all aiming at particular body parts, such as the eyes, the nose, the teeth...that sort of thing. I think she deserves more of a "pebbling" than a stoning...a very slow and painful process...Muhahaha, God's justice be done.
By the way...I am a Christian, but I just couldn't help myself, that was hilarious.

Sorry but I think you are confused, Jesus said,"The sabath was made for man not man for the sabbath." Work that must be done is permitted on the sabbath. Such as doctor's. police, firemen, nurses, ect. If your sister's job requires her to work on the sabboth and it isn't a neccesary occupation then the sin lies on her boss not her.

A sharp one. You could look up sites on how to knap flint and stones. They could tell you how to sharpen the rock up so that you could cut her head right open. Or you could just smash all her teeth out.
