His only losses include a controversial majority-decision loss to Félix Trinidad and two close decision losses to Shane Mosley. Oscar has been stopped only once in his entire career by the larger Bernard Hopkins (KO 9).

Actually, rather than naming names, ODH beat himself in all of his losses. For instance, Trinidad, good going Oscar. Keep running away from the opponent. Against Mosely, you think you can brawl with Sugar Shane? C'mon Oscar, that's not your type of fight. And Hopkins? Did you forget to say "Hold the cheese on that burger?"
Although, some of the decisions were questionable, there's no way he shoul'dve won against Quartey and that tall model-German looking guy (forgot his name). Guess it's karma.

Pernell Whitaker (twice), but he got robbed. Felix 'Tito' Trinidad (he was smart to run because if he would've stop and fight he would've get knocked out), Sugar Shane Mosley (twice, but I think he beat him the second time) and Bernard 'The Executioner' Hopkins. Oh! And Ike Quartey! But Quartey got robbed too!
