Tube tires went out many many years ago there still around but for special application's only, but tubeless tires are the way to go in any country if it has a tube in it then the wheel, its cause the tire or wheel or both won't hold the air, this is why they put a tube in it or its not a tubeless wheel, they do make tubes for almost every tire application tho, and not necessary in the modern vehicle but then again i don't know the vehicle your talking about or what its application is either so hope this help you some

LOL

There is somewhere you can still buy tires with tubes in them. I have not seen tube tires since the early 80s and even then they were rare.

In New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada (los vegas) they sell only tubeless and they are fine. It is often over 100 where I live and tubless have been fine on my cars and trucks.

tubless tyres tend to run cooler. in hot countries you will probably have to increase tyre pressure slightly, even then there is going to be friction between tyre and tube which could cause a blow out if tubes are old/thin. motocycles still use tubes and generallyy have higher pressures than tubless of same size/weight rating
