There is NO PLACE in the Bible where it says that ANYONE is going to heaven. II Peter 3 verse 13 and Revelation 21 verse 1 speak of a new earth. In Matthew 5 verse 5 it says that the meek shall inherit the earth. John 3 verse 13 says that no man has ascended into heaven BUT Jesus. Ecclesiastes 9 verse 5 says that the dead know nothing. In Matthew 22, Luke 12 Mark 20, and John 5, it talks about resurrerction from the dead. And Revelation 20 speaks of multiple resurrections. The word resurrection is found in at least 20 places throughout the New Testament.

Ooooh, nice controversial question. I just have to ask...... If a person believes that Jesus DIED for their sins, then continues to sin, does that mean that Jesus has to die again? I don't believe so. Jesus died once for ALL sins. When you accept Him as your personal savior, it's not just until you sin again. No one is perfect. If we could get to heaven by being perfect, the sacrifice never would have been necessary. Peter asked Jesus "How many times shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?" Jesus told him "Not seven times, but seventy times seven". Does Jesus stop forgiving because we die? Or better yet, after we die - can we ask the Lord face to face to forgive us?

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)

He knew EVERYTHING we would do to the day of death. When we are forgiven of our sins, we are forgiven for the ones we haven't yet committed. Does that help clear things up or just make more questions? If it makes you ask more questions, COOL!! There's this really informative book I know of that has all the answers. Know what it is? I bet you do!! BIBLE
Happy Reading!!

The question has contradiction within it. A person who received salvation has no problems with sin or death or the consequential need for forgiveness. He himself creates heaven around him so no question of 'going' there !

YES.
Sinning dosen't send you to Hell.
Doing GOOD dosen't send you to HEAVEN.
YOU gotta get your SPIRITMAN (the REAL YOU) RECREATED or you won't make HEAVEN your HOME.
JESUS said, you must be BORN-AGAIN(Saved, Washed in the Blood).
TO GET BORN-AGAIN you have to ask JESUS to COME into your HEART (Spiritman) and SAVE (Recreate) YOU(a Spirit living in a Body).
The LOST(not Born-Again) and the SAVED(Born-Again) SIN all the TIME. But if the LOST dies, he cannot go to HEAVEN, but if the SAVED dies, he goes to HEAVEN.
IT's all in if you get RECREATED ( you, a SPIRIT, in a Body) befor you LEAVE the EARTH for GOOD. That's the TRUTH.
Think bout' it, how many Christian's could ever confess all of their SIN's befor they Kicked-Out???? In a car wreck??? Plane crash??? Heart attack???? It's not SINNING that send's people to Hell, it's wether they ACCEPTED JESUS CHRIST as their SAVIOUR, and got BORN-AGAIN---that's what count's!!!
OTHERWISE, I doubt if there would be ANYBODY in HEAVEN other than the FATHER and JESUS!!!!!!
Hope this helps!!!

We're all sinners. Born that way, will die that way. Won't be when we get to heaven.

God didn't write your name in the book of life with pencil and erase it every time you screw up (sin). It's written in with the blood of Jesus. Permanently. Check it out:
