I mean why is so much mayhem associated with that religion?

Only Grandma Susie got this right when she said that they live for and love mayhem. It is factually true. Try reading the Koran, give it a shot, think you're a real reader? It is factually the most non-sensical piece of literary crap on Earth. Why? Three big reasons: 1: Mohamed was a psycho warlord who killed and stole for a living, he was also an illiterate pedophile who hated women, foreigners and anyone who didn't kiss his ***. 2: Being illiterate, Mo couldn't put a book together so he dictated the Koran to one of his wives, who 'wrote' it on the dried bones of his murdered victims or stones when there were no bones about. 3: The Koran was not collated in any way that would make sense, like chronologically or by subject, so it is impossible to get a coherent message from it.
Finally, in this mass of incoherency that founded a religion, the message that is repeated most commonly is one of extreme violence for violence's sake. Killing is made a saintly act, martyrdom a worthy goal for all adherents. Women are to be slapped around, common criminals maimed, non-believers tortured and murdered. Feel all warm and fuzzy about Islam now?!?

I fully agree with someone who has answered no 15 above.Islam teachings are not wrong.But anyone of its followers can do the wrong deeds.Islamic teaching is neat and gives quiet,calm down ,sheltered,cool to our minds and hearths.Islam means also peace with the Holy Qur'an as a good news and bd news gives life guidance for all of mankind.Allah is Merciful and Forgivful. Islamic teachings mants peace in this world and all ethnics and racesshould works together in right deeds.Islamic teachings spread all over the world by peace not by swords.Everyone is not
forced to become moslem.Moslem and Islamic teachoing are very respecptful to other religions and its followers.We are all brothers and sisters.We do not hate other religion as long as its followers also have no wrong intention to the moslems and its faith.Muhammad had more tahn one wife after his first wife died.He married several women in his capacity to help their orphans to protect them and not for his desires Muhammed has no slaves.He gave some examples to fee his slaves...He was not obsessed by his sex.

Currently, in the past few decades, the bad apples have left a bad impression on Western culture. It's not the religion I have aproblem with, but the terrorists. That's what the hullabaloo is about. People should specify not the general Islamic faith but only the ones who intend to kill the innocent.

hitler killed 40 million jews ,40 millon. it doesnt mean that christanity teachings are bad.for example u ve brought a new mercedes cars and u gave it to a person who dosent know how to drive and he bangs the car so who is responsible the cars or the driver of course the driver.therefore u cannot understand a religion by observing its followers .u have to find out for urself
by reading their religious scriptures, islam is the religion of piece it is sent for all the humanity. im not giving u religious lecture. and should study other world religions b/c it helps to understand ur religion.but u should first informed with ur own religion. rather being misled .hope ur question is answered

The answer to this is easier than it might seem. Islam is based on a person that spent his time trying to teach Godless people how to live. But , because they are Godless people, they have distorted every part of the morality that was presented to them. So, because they are now projecting Mohamad to the position of a God, they will be forever in turmoil. No peace will ever be in their future while they fail to recognize that Mohamad was a teacher, not a god, or a profit.

Not all Muslims are bad, but in Islam and the Middle East, you will find a large number of people who are very xenophobic and blood thirsty, who have no regard for human life. Islam is undergoing a radical period in its history and no one can deny this fact.
What ever the reasons, Muslims are causing worldwide chaos and the Islamic world has to understand why war is so much a part of the faith they follow. No one can justify murder in the name of God. God is the creator of life and we must protect all life because all life is priceless.

By simply looking at the answers you have received you can see for yourself what kind of a question you have posed for the people. Do you really think you will get the answer or are you looking for an answer of your choice. well if such is the case you have probably come to the wrong place. For questions that contain ifs & but's are not questions but rehtorics and are usually generated by sick minds (those who are not asking for explanantion but a senseless debate. just look at the two answers given by my friends Vejita00 and Mr Mister. Nothing is any 'wronger' with Islam than Judiasm or Christianity. It just happens to be the belief system of those who live on top of the oil fields the West craves so. People will fight back against injustice, no matter what their religion.

nothing is wrong with Islam as a religion. it is the way some (only some of them)Muslims interpret their holy Koran & try to justify their sins.if u read the holy books of all the religions u will come to the conclusion that all religions r same. because in all holy books same things r written in different ways & languages.
