does anyone know how to lose at least 30 pounds in 2 months

Hmm.. don't know about 30 pounds, but I've lost 20 in 2 months before. Exercise every day (6 days a week), alternating high impact aerobics and weight training (incl. squats, lunges, push ups). Rigorous diet, high protein, low carb, low fat. 8 cups water / tea and no cheating.

First, it is mostly not your fault that you need to lose weight. The way society has taught you to eat is responsible for making obesity (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) the #1 health problem in the world replacing hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic) of obesity.

So you need to completely re-learn how to eat so you won't be a victim anymore. Learn everything that is on the site below. Do this and you can be thin. Do this not and you will have what you have now. You will learn about losing bodyfat, retained water and a 3rd thing. The reason there is so much info on this website is because I need to spend a lot of words to prove that many current ideas about losing weight are wrong.

A good diet and regular exercise are the best natural ways to lose weight, but there are dietary supplements you can take as well. Stacker 2 is a very good brand, as is Zantrex 3.

umm... lemme know if this works--

1. EAT 6 SMALL NO SUGAR, NO SODIUM, NO FAT MEALS A DAY!

2. CARDIO WORKOUT 2 HOURS A DAY FOR 5days in a week.

3. LIFT WEIGHTS- 1 HOUR for 3 alternate days.

4. DRINK TRIPLE DISTILLED WATER ONLY.

5. GET LOTS OF SLEEP.

riggorous exercise? going to a nutriotionist? Dietician? The atkins diet? Hehe I don't know.

.....oh wait fruit and vegetable diet? My mom uses this sweat belt thing when she exercises and she says that it works for her! And my dad bought her diet tea also. So maybe you can do diet pills? I don't know but I hope I helped. I'm not on a diet so I wouldn't know.

30lbs is alot...but if you have alot of excess fat that will burn off fast...the last 5-10 lbs are the hardest to lose!
