Just know that things can only get better. I was hit by a car and my ankle bones and foot were broken, but I still knew that things would get better. We all have bad and good days, just know that good things will come around just as the bad. Always remember the good things and even write them down in a journal. Then when bad things happen, you will know that good things will happen again in time. When bad things happen to us, they make us grow as a person and make us more patient.
A tree that struggles in the wind and does not have too much water grows, into a strong tree that will stand in the largest storms life has to give us. Remember that one bad day, is just one bad day, and that things will change for the better very soon. God Bless and have faith that love rules the universe and not hate.

cook something quick and sweet, go outside and just chill out.....I had a bad day today, lol. It's also nice when it rains, because it's very calming for me to just run around in the rain. It's also sometimes good to find a family member or friend who will listen and rant about your day....EWWW!!! dangit, now the bad day has carried over to early morning...fricking earwig on my wall...dang, now i have to go get a shoe. hope today is better for ya :)

Give up and giggle.

Wow, I had a challenging day ... still forcing giggles to get through it ... nothing tragic like death, taxes, or disfigurement ... but wow I did spacey stuff like spill tar & oil on my neighbors side walk (I feel like dirt) ... it took three drives to return a movie ... couldn't even get 'wine in a box' 'cas I left my Drivers Licence in my other purse ... Ahhh ... giggle ... giggle ... Giggle ... Ok, now I'm just being fake ... giggle.

Hug my kids. No matter what I've said or done, no matter how crabby I've been, they never remember. They're arms are a balm and a haven. Oh, I hug my husband, too.
