Are his feet red or do they look infected at all? Why not call your vet and explain what they look like. It could be nothing, but I'd check just to be sure.

I have never seen or heard of this happening before for no reason. Your gonna have to take her to the vet. I know that stuff like this can happen in the winter from salt on the sidewalk or from walking thru cleaning products and such.

When I searched for this it someone said that they switched their litter and it went away.
