You can try the over the counter scar creams (Mederma), but, outside of surgery, time is the best eraser of scars. Many scars will fade with time. Not much else helps.

I have always heard that if you break open a vitamin E capsule and rub the liquid on the scar it will help. But do it everday for about two weeks.

Applying cocoa butter or a lotion made with cocoa butter 3 or more times a week can help diminish scars and stretch marks.

With an eraser from a #2 pencil.Dig hard.... or also try bleach... it will bleach out those pesky spots.

mederma is a good scar fader. vitamin e is good for stretch marks so that could possibly work, too.
