this computer has just been reformatted. i have a webcameye disk with software on it w/an array of mega, messenger, standard, and classic drivers to choose from. the computer and software were bought in south korea which is where i am right now.

You need to supply more information; i.e. type of CPU, amount of memory/HD, and most important what OS you are using. But is the web cam a USB type? If so, have you tried installing the driver w/o connecting the camera to the computer. Most USB devices require first the driver to be installed before connecting the device itself.

You may have to install the hardware first and then it will go looking for the drivers. Chicago, well, Windows, is some times funny that way. Plug in the camera first, let Windows find it and then it will prompt you for the drivers.

Make sure your using the administrator account, or one setup to be the administrator. Your really havent provided enough info. Did you change operating systems? Error Message?

while installing u want to accept the digital signature to continue to install or it may be your software corrupted.
