I don't , would like alittle more money then I got though.

The bible says it hard for a rich man to get to heaven....

I guess because he should of helped God people that was hungry and without home ect....

You better read the bible for yourself, it been awhile since I read this..

Because of specialization. I cannot perfect all the different things this world has to offer. If I am sick i go to a doctor. If i am in the mood for an incredible meal i go to my favorite restaurant. If i need a new suite i go to a clothing store. The point is that there are people who have dedicated their life to things i would rather not have to deal with (sewage treatment workers).

Money is the thing that ties everyone together. It motivates people to produce and participate in society. If I want to be able to take advantage of things life has to offer, beyond just the base necessities for survival that i could attain on my own, I need to have money.

The more money the more i can experience and participate in. Money is the greatest invention/concept man has every made. It is the energy source for creativity, growth, and the advancement of mankind.

Can it be used for evil? you bet. But so can everything else. Even love can be used to deceive and hurt.

Being rich, if properly used, can open the world to you so you can accomplish and experience anything; From providing proper medical care and a home for you family to traveling the world in search of all its beauty.

Social conditioning. We've been lead to believe that money equals happiness. And wealth does give you financial freedom. If you think it is weird that people today want to be rich, think of how weirder it was for people 1000 years ago who wanted a pile of gold that just sat there. At lease today you can trade it for something fun.

Let me guess...... if you even have to ask that question , you live at home and are not busting your butt 50-80 hours a week to support yourself and your family. Being rich would free you from having to have a job (at least one you don't like), and would mean security for your family....... better neighborhood to live in, better education for your kids. Money might not buy happiness....... but I'd rather be cranky on a beach in Aruba than in a flat in KCK any day

That's a silly question! People want to be rich so that they can buy nose candy and purchase homes for their girlfriends and then have relations with them in their lavish homes! Hire body guards to beat their adversaries! And to hang out with other self centered people who cherish material things. IMO

Because its a whole lot better than being poor.
II Corinthians 8;9, For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus
Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor that ye through His poverty might be rich.
I Corinthians 13;8a, Love never fails!!!!!
