First of all, you've got to have some motivational element for losing weight...either it may be some person you want to lose weight for...some job that you want to look good for...anything. Motivation is the best key. I weighed 103 kgs.and I brought down my weight to 73 kgs. That's about 66 lbs. in 1 and a half month. My motivation was reducing my weight for selection in the army and I had only 45 days to do so.
I had a fat-reduction diet plan. If you want that, I can send that to you. It's a simple diet soup made of everyday vegetables, and it reduces 7-14 lbs. a week.
Secondly I had a strict work-out regimen. An ordinary person would've thought it impossible for a fat person like me to lose weight. But it was for a cause. So think of a cause.
A 45-minutes walk after dinner is the best thing I can advise, besides other exercises. It may seem ineffective in comparison but I GUARANTEE that it'd lose weight permanently, rather than temporarily. DON'T GO ON A CRASH DIET or you'd become anorexic (a disorder where your weight goes down so much that you'l never be able to regain a normal weight proprtion again, and it has a lot of side effects as well physically).
Only an hour of work-out (with heart) a day can do wonders for you. But that hour shouldn't have a total rest period more than 10 minutes collectively.

(i sugest you burn more calories just because that means a healthyer better looking person. my fav cardio activeis that burn the most are volleyball, trampolean jumping, dancing around for like 10, and walking around the block for thrity)
ive been on this diet for 6 days now and ive already lost almost five pounds.

Work out and eat healthy, but attempting to lose wt fast is not healthy, if you yo-yo diet by the time you are 40 your body's metabolism will be out of wack and you will probably have to fight obesity the rest of your life.

You must do a carido exercise for at least 40 mins a day. You need to eat healthy foods as well. If you stay at it and do carido( to the point your heart rate increases greatly) you will loss weight

the best way is a good diet...as a teenager this implies at minimum 3 meals a day....also you want to stay very active....at least a bare minimum of activity is required at least 3 times a week so literally go jogging, cut out refined sugars and ull be good....

Know that you have the power to make yourself as good or as bad as you want . When you feel tempted by wrong foods picture yourself wearing those foods forever on your hips. Keep good posture. Exercise. Use self discipline. Have a plan and stick to it.

if your dedicated enough, you should do cardiovascualr work, like a gym, or jog for probably 30-60 mintues a day, eat well, like cut down on too many calories and fats and sugars, but still indulge in your cravings once in a while. just work out and eat well, it worked for me.

ok exercise and ONE thing dont DONT DOONT drink diet anything
try avoiding anything with aspertane (a.k.a. diet coke diet dr pepper splenda sweetandlow anything fake sugar) i read and actully saw someone who drank alot of tht stuff and within days she was losing weight after going off tht stuff eat healthy and exercise (run swim) whatever
