Not exactly but it is telling you that you are on the way if you do not make a choice to have the direction of travel reversed.
Dreams are for all to know that the real you is not the active physical being that is seen. The real you is the internal being that is contained in the visible physical unit. That physical unit is passing away but the real you will go on eternally. Now where it goes is that decision you must make for you and only you do have control over that.
In my opinion you must during the life of that visible physical unit decide where you want to spend all eternity and then allow the one who can fix your eternity for you make the needed adjustments.
Again in my opinion the gift of the dreams is a gift so all can know and understand that the real you is not the physical unit that you see in the mirror. The real you is the functioning unit that does not need rest and is functioning when the physical unit is resting. This Gift from My God is so all can know and not have an excuse for not knowing.
Its OK to smile now because you can dream again tonight and still be alive.

of course not... you are simply taking a break from one world and entering another world... it is a realm that cannot be easily explained, and for this reason only the person that has the dream, can truly understand the meaning of it... everybody's dream world is different in their own sense... it is a super-natural occurence, that goes beyond human science...

No you aren't dead. The part of you that dreams, your subconscious, is the "real" you that is eternal and never dies.

No, your brain actually works very hard while you are dreaming. It is processing everything from the day.
