Try doing walking lunges holding ten Pound weights at your sides. This helps to balance and increases the difficulty and puts more tension where you want it. You can also do leg curls at the gym, and there are several to choose from. It is good to do at least three to four different types of leg extensions to get a good work out. Also try to eat high protein. Good luck. "If you do this and eat junk, you will not get the result you are after."

exercise by shaking your butt round and round or do those kind of butt exercises whereby you pop your butt in and out... shake it girl! You can watch those music videos with singers like Ciara in it. Copy. She has the butt you want.

do squats and long distance running those things build the butt and thighs oh and cornbread and peanut butter too but u gotta exercise after u eat those things

nothing works like magicccc......but try doing butt exercises.butt crunches it will tone butt muscles and give you a better shape

gurl you can do enything that works for the back of yo thighs and enything that has to do with your legs when you start stepping put your hands on the sides of yo booty and see if it's moving and that the right exersice for you to use
