Get your tummy tuck and liposuction surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery (including facelift/ breast enhancement tummy tuck./lipo) is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance in USA or by the stinking NHS in UK
They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star .
My cousin got her cosmetic surgery just like you for abdominoplasty and liposuction of the thighs and she is more than very happy with the results.SHe is all praise for this forerunners healthcare companyfor the services they provided her.She paid just 30% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her.Excellent stay, food, best surgeons-she just couldnt stop talking.hope this helps.I think she paid only 7800$ for the tummy tuck and liposuction surgery for which she was quoted 19000 $ in USA.

There is no way to lose the skin. Most people who are bothered by the excess skin will have a tummy tuck. But some women view the skin and stretchmarks as the badge of courage for mommies.

Depends on how much extra skin and the elasticity of the tissue. Sometimes it will shrink, sometimes it won't. I have a little extra skin, but not enough to go through the pain of a tummy tuck. Had a caesarean which typically leaves women with a bit of a pouch. I did talk to a surgeon in NJ who quoted 10K for a tummy tuck and I saw pix of prior patients and it does give you a scar from hipbone to hipbone. So really it's a trade-off. Scar plus high cost plus painful recovery versus extra skin...

It may go back to normal in time but there are other options like tummy tucks or something like Thermalift.
It really depends how much weight you put on and how much elasticity was left in your skin. Sometimes no amount of diet exercise lotions or potions will help.
Good Luck

I was gonna say tummy tuck like the guy above. I am having one July 6th. You can also try skin tightening creams, but I don't know of any to suggest. Also, lots of aerobic exercises. Cardio to be exact. This will be you burn the fat that is left and tightening the skin.

Depending on how much weight you gained, it may not be possible to completely get rid of the excess skin. Once stretched beyond a certain point, it will not recover. The only solution at that point is radical surgery.
Something to consider is that pregnancy often changes the shape of the body, and the way you hold weight. What you see may be the "new you."

Good question. Once knew of a 350 pound lady who slimmed down to 135 pounds and then had lots of skin folds. The lady then started swimming daily at the local YMCA and over time the skin folds went away. Our skin replaces it self over time. Skin is the largest body organ.
Try it. Cheers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Depending on how much your skin has stretched, it might be next to impossible. Plus, you can't really "lose" the skin. it's not like burning fat.
