I don't really know how this would pertain to Singles & Dating, but you came very close to a theory which has already been tried, with very little exceptions to what you described. Karl Marx would be proud of you, because this is similar to his own vision of the future called communism, which focused on everyone being common & working for the common good of all. Since I don't know your age, I don't know if you're old enough to remember the U.S.S.R., but if you are, you'll realize this experiment failed miserably. If you aren't old enough to remember, ask a history teacher, or do some research on the Soviet Union.
When you get right down to brass tacks, this will never work because there are always going to be some people who have ambition. People with ambition don't like the entitlement mentality, where everyone would have their needs provided to them & we would all have everything the same. This is where ideas like welfare, food stamps, & socialized medicine come from, & these might sound good if you are young & impressionable, but in truth, they aren't.
Entitlements are never free. They come from tax money, & the more entitlements you have, the more you have to pay in taxes. There go those 4-hour days at work, because you couldn't make enough to pay taxes & afford your groceries, car, gas, insurance, clothes, internet service, & all the other things you didn't mention.
As for free education, you already have that until you graduate high school, & look how screwed up the public education system is? The N.E.A. is one of the biggest pawns of the liberal agenda to put more people on the entitlement system.
People with pride & ambition don't want to pay heavy taxes to have everything provided for them, because it makes us as dependent on the government to fulfill our needs as a toddler is to his parents. We would much rather act like adults, & try to make it on our own, take risks, & earn our way through life rather than have everything handed to us. We want to be able to make choices in our life, rather than just be told what to do. I would much rather be able to keep more of my own money to build a house like I wanted, & choose who would provide some of my services, rather than be handed government housing built the way they saw fit with the service providers they determined best, & have it all paid for by taxes over which I couldn't determine to whom the money went.
The idea of working from 13 to 50 probably sounds good at first, too, but think about that one a moment. At 13, what are children qualified to do for a living? Mow lawns? Babysit? They should do work to develop a work ethic, but should also be focused on school to build up to a good career. As for retiring at 50, look how long people are living now. The sooner people retire, the longer they live off the system, bringing us right back to entitlements. This is why Social Security is so messed up today. When it was started, the life expectancy of the retiree was only 5-8 years beyond the retirement age. So, you had people retiring at 55, but weren't expected to live much longer than 63. Now, you have people retiring at 65, & all too often living to reach 95. That's 30 years of someone living off government funds that they don't put anything back into the system. Multiply that by all the people who are this old, & consider the further financial burden placed on the government by the amount of money spent on Medicare & Medicaid for the numerous health problems we incur when we live this long, & you have another major problem.
I do foresee paper money being phased out as you stated, though I don't particularly like this prospect. Even so, the U.S. has had to change the way our money looks several times in the past 20 years to deal with the problem of counterfeiters. Now, most of our money looks like Monopoly money that got stained. However, the technology we have now may one day make counterfeiters obsolete, as it is so much easier for hackers to break into your bank account & deplete your debit card than it is to print fake money.
As for the units dilemma, what unit? You could call it something else, but it is still going to have to be rated against the value of other currency in the world, unless you go with the pipedream of a world government, which is never going to happen. Therefore, you need to know the exchange rate of these units versus every other type of currency in the world.
I do agree with one merit of your plan. Pay people according to their education & experience. I also think they should be paid according to the true value of their contribution to society. That would put athletes at minimum wage, & possibly pay soldiers closer to what they deserve for defending our freedoms.
Speaking of freedoms, how do you plan to make everyone work? Put a system in place similar to debtor's prisons, & lock them away if they refuse? Are you going to make the same concessions for the handicapped that are made today? If so, people who don't want to work will simply get too fat, call in for their free motorized scooters, & live off the system without contributing anything as many already do. Then, they can scoot down to the casino & gamble their debit card units away laughing at us poor working slobs who support them, as is the case with many of them now. As for the rest who don't want to work, how bad would debtor's prisons be? Free housing, water, heat, electric, & probably even free education. Other than not being able to use the phone when they wished, & possibly having to watch their backs in the shower, these prisons wouldn't be so different from your utopia. After all, in prison, money is immaterial. However, cigarettes can get you a lot.

There was a time there was no money ( trading skills and farming ). This seems like how Kmart already pays the employees Debt card ( or directly into an account ). So your question is already ( to some point ) beginning .I can't remember the name of a book I read , any how, people would have a bar code or chip , in their wrist .The employer would pay the code number account .You would scanned your wrist .Computer would make changes in your worth ,when job /education changed .And we would locate missing people easily and those wanted by the law could not get anything .The chips would destroy if removed , so no more robbing for money .Well a long story ended with a poll stating Computer world .Interesting .The code would be placed at birth .More people would go to school and crime would go down .Lazy people would have to do something fast ! You forgot about food , if that would be free , middle class people wouldn't be so upset to see those who already get $$$$$$ on debt cards for food and buy cases of soda and junk foods with tax payers money .I suppose some would rob homes more and steal jewelry and clothing because they couldn't get to the next level.Just as a game .
