A dry climate like Arizona can help your situation. Not however an urban area like Phoenix. To many introduced plants there also it is actually more humid. Try Kingman Arizona, or Prescott. I have severe Hay fever, and when I visit my relatives in Kingman, I have no problems.

I live in the mid-west and went to Arizona for three weeks. I had a chronic headache that did clear up during that trip. But, headaches should be diagnosed by a Dr. Some "sinus headaches" aren't. Migraines are often the cause of self diagnosed sinus headache. An impacted tooth can cause sinus symptoms. Jaw disorders (TMJ) can cause sinus like pain.

Moving is pretty extreme. I am also a midwestener who used to have sinus headaches. My doc said that many times people think they are sinus headaches but they are not. Anyway, just go to an ENT and let him take a look at you. You may have some swelling in the sinus cavity.

I would suggest Dallas, it is only hot for about 2 months in the summer and it never really gets cold. Reno is nice (I've lived there) but I wouldn't exactly call it a warm climate. You will get a hot summer and a cold, snowy winter. Now I live in Oklahoma City and it is pretty much what you are looking for climate-wise, but not really an interesting city. Tulsa, on the other hand is awesome, I love it there and plan on moving there when I'm out of college. I have heard Albuquerque NM is nice and not as hot as you would expect. Good luck!

Who knows? Maybe the dryness would help, or maybe it would make it worse. Have you been there? Did you feel better? I've had sinus problems in the past and I find these things help- one, avoid smoking (duh) and smokey places. Two, avoid potential allergens as much as you can, such as dust in your house and really old upholstery. Three, eat foods with hot peppers such as chilie, tabasco or habenero peppers, or hot sauce made from these peppers, often. Jalepenos are not so effective though.
