Bag Balm or Udder Butter, or similar products made for or inspired by use on cows' udders. These are very good.

Also really excellent are skin creams containing hemp (or hemp oil, maybe?). My boss years ago had some that was the best thing I ever used. I don't know the product name but perhaps with a little search online you could find a product for your hands and feet containing hemp.

After a warm bath try Bag Balm, apply liberally and then put on white socks and white cotton gloves. The bag balm is thick but it absorbs into the skin and works great. I've used it myself on my heels. You might also try a pumice stone beforehand. The trick is to use the bag balm for a few days in a row even up to a week for it to really work. It can be found in most places such as CVS, Walgreen's and other large chain drugstores. Hope it helps.

There is a tool specifically made for removing callouses on the feet. It can usually be found in drug stores and department stores with the nail files and clippers- it looks like a small rectangular cheese grater on a plastic handle. Soak your feet until the skin is soft and rasp the skin with the tool. Follow up with a heavy moisturizer- apply the moisture, wrap your feet in saran wrap and put socks over-top. Leave the socks and wrap on for as long as you think you need to thoroughly moisturize the skin.

I use vasoline. It's great, use it at night. Sometimes when I use it I put plastic bags on my feet to let it soak in good.
Also, when you soak your feet put olive oil in the water and use a pumice stone on the soles of your feet to get rid of the dead skin.Your feet will feel soft, then dry and rub with vasoline and put plastic bags on your feet for a 1/2 hour.
This should work wonders, it will also help your hands .
Good luck

Anything with Alpha Hydroxy Acid will help. It will exfoliate the dry, rough spots, and leave a silky smooth finish.

After applying AHA, moisturize with a rich lotion.

Try petroleum jelly. It is the best medicine I've tried for skin problems. Even the most stubborn diaper rashes get better with this stuff. So I think it should work on hands even though it may be sticky for a while.

Any of the products listed above will work. Also put quite a bit on and then put a pair of gloves and socks on over night. That will really work for you. My mother washes her hands a million times a day because of her job and she likes Hand Repair from bath and body works. Its nice, I like it too. Good luck.

Use shea butter. Buy a sanding brush for feet and gently exfoliate feet as best you can, soak feet in a foot bath with epson salts and apply shea butter or the best moisturizing lotion you have, rub it in, do this for a few days
