No no, im wondering why i'm too big for regular condoms

Because condom manufacturer's do not use any standardization for sizing (different brands have shorter/longer length, narrower/wider diameter) a buyer cannot tell by the name on the package what the true dimensions are.
Good news, though...a few years back Consumer's Union did a study/testing/rating of various brands and types of condoms. Vist your local library's reference desk and ask for the lastest copy of the Consumer Reports Buying Guide.
Look up condoms in the index in the back. It will give you the month and year of the issue with the information on condoms.
This article among other things describes which condoms are better for longer men and which are better for thicker men.
When it comes to condoms...size does matter.

Magnums are condoms for the "larger" man. Most other condoms should fit you like a glove. If they don't, I believe they now have condoms for the "smaller" man. It's nothing to be ashamed of, it's all in the technique, baby.

That was stupid. Not all "black" men are large. And I highly doubt white men are all big, never been with one. But I wouldn't know how big you are and I surely don't want to know.
