you dont want to star t eating crap
because then your just not healthy
eating grasy stuff will cause breakouts-think about it, french fries has a tone of oil in it. this casues you to get bad oily skin which equalls pimples. remember you teenager days? lol
so in order to gain weight the healthy way, you know, you just eat in moderation dont worry about it too much
like, if you were to be going on a diet you would obviously cosume less calories
so, scince your gaining you want to consume more with the same healthy foods
like nuts or olive oil
those have the right fats, and the right calories
eat a bit more and exersise less
after you get a good sweaty workout
just eat! have a good healthy dinner packed with protein, vitamins, carbs, minimal amout of fat, etc.
include bread in your dinner
mabbey have spagetti. balence it out with a green salad and a yummy dressing (dressing ads fat, calories)
as i said before eat in moderation
if u feel like eating a cookie eat it
just dont make it what you live off of
have dessert after dinner
opt for ice cream with a spoon size amount of sugar free whip cream
to balance it out , sprinkle some beries over or something

Go to your local supermarket, and buy ensure drinks in your favorite flavor. They should be with all the dietary supplements, and protein shakes.
Make yourself a milkshake using the ensure drinks and your favorite ice cream.
This will get the weight back on you fast. Each small can contains 250 Cal's alone, and if you can drink a large milkshake, you could use two easy. add that with the calories in ice cream, and you will come out with well over 1000 calories in just a shake. You could even do this a couple times a day.

I'm 19 weeks and Gained 11 lbs as of now. They say 10-14 is normal for 19 weeks and from there on out you should gain about a pound a week.

My brother has something similar but he doen't lose weight like you do. he is trying to gain weight. He is currently using these enery/protien drinks that are suppose to help. Also he eats protien bars. Look up, if you can, protien drinks and foods and see what happens. I think the big thing of protien drink mix is about 35 dollars. If you are concerned about the price and there is a smaller thing of the mix get the smaller one. I suggest to get the smaller one if there is one so you can try it and see if it works.

The fastest way to gain weight, would be to eat more complex carbohydrates. This would include whole grains. Do NOT load up on sugary or fatty foods, because it's unhealthy, and it would do more harm than benefit.

Eat junk food if you want to gain weight, but that kind of food is not good for your health. My advise is to keep eating mamas food or if you live alone try to eat healthy and you 'll gain weight slow but you'll be healthier.
