1Co 13:11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
1Co 13:12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
1Co 13:13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.
Joh 5:16 And therefore did the Jews persecute Jesus, and sought to slay him, because he had done these things on the sabbath day.
Joh 5:17 But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.
Joh 5:18 Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God.

Proverbs 10:4 - The hand of the diligent makes rich. Proverbs 22:29 - do you see a man skilled in his work? He will stand before kings; He will not stand before obscure men. As the door turns on its hinges, So does the sluggard on his bed.

(Proverbs 18:9) 9 Also, the one showing himself slack in his work—he is a brother to the one causing ruin.
(Proverbs 21:25-26) 25 The very craving of the lazy will put him to death, for his hands have refused to work. 26 All the day he has shown himself eagerly craving, but the righteous one gives and holds nothing back.
(Proverbs 22:29) 29 Have you beheld a man skillful in his work? Before kings is where he will station himself; he will not station himself before commonplace men. . .
(Galatians 6:4-5) 4 But let each one prove what his own work is, and then he will have cause for exultation in regard to himself alone, and not in comparison with the other person. 5 For each one will carry his own load.
(Colossians 3:23) 23 Whatever YOU are doing, work at it whole-souled as to Jehovah, and not to men,
(2 Thessalonians 3:10) . . .“If anyone does not want to work, neither let him eat.”
(Hebrews 6:10) 10 For God is not unrighteous so as to forget YOUR work and the love YOU showed for his name. . .

Exodus 5: 17-18
17But he said, "You are lazy, very lazy; therefore you say, 'Let us go and sacrifice to the LORD.'
18"So go now and work...
I think it is very helpful, when I'm feeling incredibly lazy, to think about what I can be doing for the Lord instead, like helping your neighbor mow the lawn, or even getting online and witnessing to people on Yahoo Answers, lol. Just find something you love that you can use for God, and get off your butt and do it!!! *needs to take her own advice as well* lol.

1 Corinthians 10:31 :
"So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."
I was like you b4, like to sit and play too much. and i realised it's not glorifying God. Most important of all is to pray, and read His words. He'll help.
Philippians 1:6 :
"being confident of this, that he(Jesus) who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."

Exo 20:8-11
(8) Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
(9) Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
(10) But the seventh day [is] the sabbath of the LORD thy God: [in it] thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that [is] within thy gates:
(11) For [in] six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them [is], and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
Pro 6:9-11
(9) How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? when wilt thou arise out of thy sleep?
(10) [Yet] a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep:
(11) So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth, and thy want as an armed man.
(Pro 10:26) As vinegar to the teeth, and as smoke to the eyes, so [is] the sluggard to them that send him.
(Pro 13:4) The soul of the sluggard desireth, and [hath] nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat.
(Pro 20:4) The sluggard will not plow by reason of the cold; [therefore] shall he beg in harvest, and [have] nothing.
(Pro 18:9) He also that is slothful in his work is brother to him that is a great waster.
(Pro 24:27) Prepare thy work without, and make it fit for thyself in the field; and afterwards build thine house.
Is that enough? Now get off your lazy butt and work.

My dear friend, God is so wonderfull that He talks to us in very different ways... When I need a word of advice, I hold my Bible and I pray and I ask God to talk directly to me... So I open the Bible and voila... there it is... Try it, I'm sure He will give you the comfort or the advice that you need...

But if any man does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than a disbeliever. (1 Timothy 5:8)
