For me it is spaghetti with Heinz 57 ketchup and Kraft Parmesan cheese on top. When I was a little girl visiting America from Ceskoslovensko, or as you may know it the country formally known as Czechoslovakia, I wanted to try something new but I was afraid of the spaghetti sauce our host had made. Somehow I thought the red ketchup might be better, it was such a new taste in such new surroundings, I was so joyous at the new adventure. Later when I moved to America to live those were some of the first things I purchased, and much to my surprise, the combination tasted as good then as it did when I was a wee girl.

Man I totally tuck into dishes that are both rich and spicy. Like linguine with vodka sauce & lots of parmesan. Or maybe some Santa Fe stacked Enchiladas with an extra egg yolk. I love huevos rancheros & coffee for hangover breakfast. My girlfriend make this awesome ground pork and silken tofu dish that's really spicy and a good bit greasy, too.

Whenever I cook a beef roast in the pressure cooker, I always cook two or three. Take the leftover beef and put it in a cast iron skillet with sliced potatoes, carrots, and onion. It's the best beef hash in the world.

My mother always did this with leftover roast and I still sit there and just savor every bite!

For me, it is chocolate ice cream in a glass with milk poured into it, then stirred. It's always the favorite comfort food I turn to.

Choclate and whip Cheesecake, all the way. Nothing like stuffing your face in this delicious baby. I recommend the Cheesecake Factory. Yummy. My birthday is coming soon and this is where I am getting my cake from.

Stacked enchiladas with red chile. My father used to make it a lot, and it feels good to eat it, especially when I'm abroad and most of the food is unfamiliar.
