When you're dealing with people (men and women both) there is NO SUCH THING as "always." Some do, some don't. You cannot generalize without making a fool of yourself.

yes and no.
the reasoning behind this is because woman reach their prime at around 31ish and men reach their prime at 21ish. so both have sexual tension to let out.
one thing you can be sure of, if these women are not having 'friendships' with younger men, they are Thinking about it...
