Stop take a deep breath and relax. Most all martial arts are better performed in a relaxed state. Practice the move that frustrates you by yourself off the mat (walking around on the street or at home). Take time and let your mind think through the moves over and over again, then go through the motions slowly with your body, over and over again.
Your mind and body will soon do this frustrating move naturally, without much thought.
Relax and have fun!

I am in martial arts also, tae kwon do, and I have come upon this same problem. I will be doing a kick or something and if I do it wrong then I start to get frustrated...I learned to deal with it by just trying to imagine that I'm the only person in the room just practicing like I would at home...Don't worry relax and have a good time...focus on what your doing and just relax...trust me it helps.

i feel your frustration, my Koho Kaiten still sucks and since im a little overweight it puts pressure too much on my knees during the Kamae sometimes then i got blisters on my feet.
I once accidentally bursted out a cursing word in the dojo and i thought i was going to quit but i went thru the obstacles and tried to not force my body too much and relax, let the body moves with the techniques until it becomes a sec nature.
I was also involved in an MLM business before and to deal with frustration n rejection, i brainwashed myself n said, each rejection/frustration leads to a further step to success, because it proves that you are trying and for every try there must b a failure sometimes, so dont make a big deal out of it.

You've got to learn to relax your body and mind, let the movements flow thru you like your flowing through a river. Or turn yourself into the wind and let your body be the wind. Strong, silent yet stinging. No channeling needs to be done. Here's a suggestion, go download a song from the kids movie, Mulan, "I'll make a man out of you" listen tothe words and you'll understand. My 11 yr old son did just that, and now he's a green belt in hapkido.

All martial arts are not easy, once you diciplined and once learn your basics, over and over again all will fit in place, spare with your students, with the permission of your instructors.
