Anything can be cheating. Taking a walk in the park. I don't think talking on the phone is cheating, but it's a step.

You mean as in a loving relationship? Well, some of my guy friends have said its NOT cheating if your girlfriend lives in another zip code. However, I don't believe this. Cheating is seeing another woman (or man in a woman's case) other than the one that you are dating and/or married to. You have no business hanging out with another woman (or man) by yourself.
