Basically, anything that exercises your memory skills will help to improve them.
There are also mental tricks you can do to help yourself. Find ways of associating new things you want to remember with things that are important to you, and particularly if you can find a visualization for it, or relate it to a well known rhyme or song. If you just meet someone and want to remember their name, try to associate them with someone else you already know by that name, including celebrities, etc.
As far as physiology goes, eat right, exercise, get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, take multivitamins daily, and - oddly enough - floss daily. The reason for the last one is that studies have linked cardiovascular health to dental health (which is cause, which is effect? who knows), and cardio health has been linked to mental acuity.

Check out your Iron content.
and try to take Iron supplement with Vit C becoz Iron without Vit C is pointless.
