try looking at the hearbs and spices section of your supermarket. McCormick has it too

You can get cinnamon powder anywhere, at any grocery store. If you want quality cinnamon, you're better off getting stick cinnamon at a specialty herb store and grinding it yourself. But that's a lot more complicated.
