I think is possible but please tell me what are the probable scenarios if I install.... it actually runs Win Millennium and seems to be stable but would like to know what do you think...

i think you can but maybe you will feel that your notebook is slow
REAL SLOW!
the 10GB HDD is OK
but the problem is in 333MHz, it's not enough

Yes you can. 10 GB is more than enough hard drive space. I am running XP on a 233 MHz Pentium 1 computer with 64 megs of ram.

general rule of thumb with Win XP that anything under a P3 and 256Mb of RAM will have it running ridiculously slow..stick with the ME on that laptop and put your money towards a new notebook

I'd say don't try windows xp with that small hard drive. Maybe get some more ram and a bigger hard drive and you might be good.

i think XP is bigger than 10 gigs, so no u cant but if u can u wont have much room
