The next time u order a pizza and he delivers it, thats the time to say something.
Ask him if he has a g/f if he says no then ask him if he would like to good out sometimes( and not for pizza) if he says yes then get to know him and see how it urns out.

Order a Pizza, hope its him. Depending on your age and his age, drag him into the house and show him that the myths and legends of the delivery service do exist. Otherwise, keep ordering pizzas until you get him, and give him your number on a piece of paper included with the tip =P

That isnt looking desperate, its more about knowing what you want and piece by piece going for it and I tell you one thing this isnt a joke, most guys like and fall for girls who go after it, instead of standing there and waiting around because they want a girl who will fight for her rights not one who gets knocked down. So dont think your desperate chase what you want because he will notice you.
