I wouldn't recommend it unless it is a leave-in conditioner. If you want to do an intense conditioning treatment inexpensively I suggest you try what I do. My hair is very dry on the ends so I smother it in a basic conditioner for dry hair (and cheap own brand is ok) and then cover with a shower cap and wrap in a towel. Leave it on for an hour or so... In that time have a soak in the bath and a good girly pamper. Then rinse and dry as normal. Your hair should be really gorgeous after. I do this once every fortnight.

No, its not necessarily bad for your hair. But what it does is lead to excessive product build up. If your hair is so dry you feel a need to do this, then a once a week heavy conditioning is best and for inbetween use something like Infusium 23 leave in conditioner, it won't weigh your hair down. Clarification shampoos get rid of excessive build up or just plain old baking soda in water poured and massaged into your hair will reduce build up. L'oreal Mega Moisture is a great product for intense conditioning, but use sparingly, its that rich and good.

hay there! I wouldnt suggest doing that. You can put it in your hair and leave it in up tp 15 minutes at most but dont sleep with it. Leave in conditioners should be meant to have in your hair for a short period of time but sleeping with it isnt a great idea. I find that when i or someone i know did that when they washed it out complained about oily, itchy hair. anymore questions? email me jns5038@yahoo.com

Nope. It will help your hair, by the way there is such a thing as leave-in-conditioner try it. It's made to 'leave in'. Lanza brand has a good conditioner.

instead of sleeping with conditioner in your hair overnight, why not try to use a natural alternative. like plain old ' cold pressed olive oil'
then wash out in morning with your shampoo n warm water..

NO, but all you need is 15-20 minutes for it to work. It's just overkill and will probably weigh your hair down. No ONE'S hair is in THAT bad of shape and still on thier head!!!

No it can be very helpful unless they tell you not to in the instructions or you can just use leave in conditioner.

Its good as long as its a leave-in condition, but if its not it just maybe harmful. It might cause your hair to dry and damage.
