is it possible, can it happen..... is it possible i cant lose 45-50 lbs in 57 days???? ok dont judge my diet, just tell me if its possible. ok. well i am going to do a water fast and exercise for 8 days, then after 8 days over, i plan to just only eat one celery a day, yep, ONE CELERY A DAY ( celerys are only 5 calories, and it burn mores just by eating it. ) im doing that for 51 more days... so how much do you think i would lose???? 40-50?????????

also you see people fast for like 30-40 days without food and there still around, and im going to eat whatever well just one celery and plenty of water, so whats wrong with that???? im not going to die, after the diet is over, i will eat regularly, only small portion size,. cause my friend did this and lose 60 lbs and kept it off, and she's in track..... so yea.

If you follow this diet, I can GUARENTEE you will NOT lose weight.
When your body is starved, it immediately begins breaking down muscle mass, since fat is stored as an emergency supply of food and energy, and it's also insulation to allow the body to actually have a chance of going out and finding food.
DO NOT do this diet if you value your health at all.

Not possible. After 3-5 days you will have no sodium, or potassium in your body and will probably be hospitalized before your 8th day. Where did you hear about this ridiculous diet plan? Fasting should never be done for anymore that 3 days, in order to maintain health levels in you body. You can loose plenty of weight in 57 days by just dieting, watching carbs and exercising.

That way is sure to wind you up in the hospital. Try walking for an hour a day the 1st wk then add more time to it each week. Especially after you eat. Stay away from the junk food and try using a smaller plate when you eat. You'll eat less and be healthier(walkings good for the heart)

I think It's good But you would have to lose over 2,000 calories a day! and You should drink about 20 glasses of water a day if you want to reach your goal! But I do think you would lose about 40 pounds!

3500 Calories = 1 lb. of fat... I would say that no, it is not possible... You would have to work out so much and would not have the energy because if you aren't eating... Not only that, you are slowing down your metabolism by not eating, so your body will think it is starving and it will ALL come back.

I don't think you're going to like my answer, but this is not the way to lose weight. You can change your diet to low fat/low carb, whatever you like, but don't starve yourself, please. Exercise and healthy eating would be my recommendation. You may not lose 50 pounds in 57 days this way, but you can lose weight and keep it off.

i know you said not to judge your diet, but this is the worst diet plan i have ever seen. You will either be dead after attempting this or you will look like a crackhead who still has fat on their abdominals and butt.

that's crazy, you can't just eat one celery a day. i mean, you can, but please don't. i'm sure you're beautiful as you are now. just try cutting down on calories slowly and exercise more. by drastically reducing your calorie intake, you could develop heath issues.
