water! head to the water...local pool or one at the gym. less strain on your body and allows for smooth movements. go and doggy paddle or ever sign up for a water aerobics-type class. the bouancy (sp?) eases all the stress on your joints and muscles. give it a try.

*oh, and if you are now having major bathing suit worries then dont fear---head to landsend or llbean and grab a full coverage tankini, maybe something with a skirt. you will feel more confident and the 2 piece tankini will let you move a lot better when working out.

There is this fitness show on PBS for older people that show you how to do exercises from a chair. You might try it. (I really don't remember the name of the show though.)

Stop eating so much. I lost 30 pounds in 2 months. I just did not eat as much. Your stomach will shrink and you will not be able to eat so much.
