My nephew is 17 and his ex (18) continues to make his life hell. She calls at all hours. She calls his current girlfriend and tells her that she is at our house with him. She trys to destroy any relationship he has and has succeeded a couple of times. She is currently dating another man. She doesn't want him, she just doesn't want him to be happy. So I need advise on how to stop it.

Well... there is the legal route, and then there is the illegal route.
You could kill her, but there would be some bad reprocussions on you.
Or you could file a Personal Protection Order against her. That way, when she does call and harrass him, she will end up arrested. Use your weapons, She's 18, he is 17. Technically, he is still a minor and her stalking him like that can be considered Criminal Sexual Conduct. Which would be like charges a 30 year old would get for sleeping with a 16 year old. Though the case is not as severe as far as the ages go, the punnishment for the crime doesnt care.

Ask her to stop first. If not report to the police. Get a restraining order. Report her if the violates it(immediately). The nephew has to do this since he is the stalkee.Get a list of witness that have seen the stalking etc..I am praying for you all. Peace.

I'd say call the local authorities. Get a restraining order or take her to court. If you don't want to go to that extreme, have your nephew go to her house and tell her off. Don't let him insult her, but tell him he should let her know he won't put up with it anymore. Go with him for emotional support if you want. If you want to get the message across more than clearly, beat the living he11 out of her. But that would complicate things if you pressed harassment charges after that. lol. Good luck.

She's 18 so she's an adult. She's open game. Time to get some people together and confront her.
Either that, or file a police report.
You can call her parents. You can have people she doesn't know call her and tell her to knock it off.
I'm mostly for a small group getting together and telling her how it will be if she doesn't knock it off or going to the police.

1) Call block is a great feature that the phone company offers. 2)Call the local po po and see what they say. 3) Call her man and make him aware of the situation. If all else fails have someone put the fear in her.

Have her number blocked from your phone so she can't call you guys anymore. And if she calls the girlfriends have them do the same. Or you can get rid of her with a restraining order.

The police. She is considered an adult, and he is still a minor. It is also a law in this country that stalking equals criminal charges. Start with a cease harrasement order and go from there.

Sounds to me like normal teenage bs. Just give it some time, she'll eventually grow up. If it's that bad call the police and have them go and talk to her. You could always go and talk to the girl and put some fear in her too.
