I am trying to live off tuna and tomatos (adkins), I switch off running 3 miles a day and riding a bike 3 miles a day. How long will it take for me to lose weight? I am 22 5'4 and weigh 170lbs. I want to add diet pills to see if maybe I can lose more weight quicker but so many on the market don't know what to choose.

I hope that your husband does not really tell you that you are ugly that is would be so mean. Well anyways, I swear by trimspa, with diet and exercise, I lost 20lbs. i also use dexetrim green tea diet pills as well they are all natural so you can use both together. Best wishes and Good Luck.

Hello dear!
Whatever you do must be because you enjoy, understand and like to do! Listen to your most valuable possession: your body! Go to diets, etc., that it directs you! Your body knows better that anybody else! Trust your only friend!
Also, think of Mother Nature! When you say tuna, do you mean the one preserved in cans, etc.? People do that, not our Mother Nature! Try to live as natural as possible and you will see the difference! Sleep well (while sleeping our body filters out all oxides, toxins, etc.). Continue exercising but only if it pleases you, you must follow your will not the "suggestions" of statistics!

the best for losing weight is so eat little qualtities divided in 5 or 6 times during the day, and to exercise a little every day, and to eat natural food, no fried, no fats, no sweety things, no soda, coke etc,..take lots of water, and that means water alone.fruits, fish, vegies, but not fried, use oil in little quantities, doint use butter or the like,,,first go for a check to the doctor, to see if she has tyroids gland problems, hormonal problems, or any other thing that make her not to lose weigh, and check if blood and heart are normal, so she can exercises freely.
