You have to nourish your hair from the inside out. Then you should make sure you get regular trims to cut out the damage from the weather like sun and wind and the other bad thing, your blow dryer. Eating right and being good to your hair will help in a long way. If you have dry hair you could use a good weekly conditioning. Just buy a regular one over the counter. Wash your hair in warm water to open the cuticle, put on the conditioner and leave it in. Wrap your hair in plastic and hit it with the blow dryer to heat the plastic up but not too hot. Let it cool for about thirty minutes then rinse in lukewarm water to close and seal the hair shaft. Infusium is a great product and can be found rather cheap at places like walmart and Sally Beauty Supply. If you are African-American, I swear from working in Sally Beauty Supply the product, Do-Grow works. And too I gave it and some Natural Temple Balm to a white girl who had bald spots and her hair grew back.

Good diet is always a good start. It not only helps your hair, but the rest of your body too. Vitamins help, but there are products available specifically for your hair. Getting your scalp in good condition first is always a plus. NIOXIN products are gREAT for growing out long healthy hair. They have vitamins too! Worked for me!!!

the first thing you need to do is make certain that you are getting the nourishment your bodyneeds to properly feed your hair try taking supplements taking care of your hair by trimming dead ends so they wont continue to split up the hair shaft this could be causing breakage the hair grows approx. onehalf inch per month so your is growing

u prolly should see a doc, but i take prenatal vitamins, and they help your hair and nails grow. u can get them cheap otc, like at walmart, if not at someplace like gnc, but, they have more of the stuff that women need, plus, if you ever plan on having kids, you'll have an excellent source of folic acid, which docs recommend taking even if you just think you may want kids someday
