What you might have is a skin condition called Hives. To best treat it, focus on making yourself feel better because its caused by nerves. Stop stressing about things you really can't change. I have found chocolate to help.

A good thing to try is an oral allergy medicine like Benadryl or Alavert and apply Benadryl lotion. If this doesn't help try an anti-fungal cream like Lamisil. If these both fail contact a physician for a possible rx to help. I wouldn't wait too long because it may be a serious reaction to something and cause further discomfort and/or symtpoms. I doubt it's an std and if it is I would be amazed.

i also had it, its due to allergies. my skin is not suitable to put with creams which contains fragrance. maybe something allergy you shldnt use or eat it. the more you scratch, the more chances to make your skin hot like fever. Solution: put a cold water into an empty water and touch your skin to the bottle surface.

It might be yeast (candida). Get clotrimazole (generic anti-fungal). If that works, then that may be what it is. A dermatologist may give you a better diagnosis though.
