Dorie is probably closest. Kash Kaval(makes a good flambe) similar to Greek
Kaseri, kind of like Parmesan, but a little less dry and more
pungent in flavor is probably the closest thing to the culture
of Jesus during Bible times. Also feta types and perhaps
a yogurt type cheese or even chevre would also be close to
His taste. Provolone, maybe but I don't think so. If you watch
the movie "The Perfect Stranger", Jesus appears to be ordering
Italian for the first time.

Hmm..I've never really thought about that....I'd hope he likes maybe a nice mild cheddar, or perhaps a feta, but I don't know God that well so I'm not sure.
