Call your local community college and make an appointment with a guidance counselor. There are preference tests you can take to narrow down your areas of interest.
Also, you might consider doing some volunteer work. A lot of people discover their passions that way.

Go to college and take all of the pre req's for a degree program, and talk to a guidance counselor about career opportunities. If your boyfriend is willing to pay for your education, he must really love you and want for you to succeed and excell. Too few people have the chance but have the desire to get that education. Go for it full speed ahead. This is a real opportunity for you. What you want to do will come to you as you gain some educational and "real world " experience.

You have interests. You just don't know what they are, yet. There must be something you want to learn, or something you want to do for a living. Something you want to do for fun. Think about the possibilities. Or randomly go through a course catalog for the local community college, and randomly pick a course or two, with out noise interuptions. Or you could just take class that he wants you to take.
