They age earlier...And since they're not eating the proper portion of stuff that's recommended in a normal diet, they have to find their nutrition in vitamins and stuff...So I guess as long as they get their needed nutrition then it's ok...Just because a person doesn't choose to be vegan or vegetarian doesn't make them less healthy. You can be healthy as long as you eat right and exercise..So it all depends on how vegetarians and vegans eat and what they do.

Many vegetarians I know convert because they either have strong beliefs about killing animals, or they think meat is unhealthy or even not tasty...Truth, is, we all need meat. Or at least the stuff that's in meat...The healthy stuff, you know what I mean.

Kinda vague but hoped that helped...

Vegatarians have a tendency to lack the amount of protien needed. It all kinda depends on the person. Every vegatarian I have seen look anorexic and their skin color looks discolored. Of course, you can get protien through other things besides meat. (beans, nuts, etc) Like I said it all kind of depends on you and if your willing to give up meat. I know their are some vegatarians that just give up beef which, if I was going to be a vegatarian, I would choose that route.Hope I have helped.

I think the key is knowing how to properly incorporate proteins into your diet. I had a friend once who thought he'd be healthier without meat- and his answer was to eat nothing but fruit. That's bound to lead to problems eventually. You need protein. The proper combination of grains and legumes gets you that protein without meat. Eat right by including all the food groups into the diet and yes, and it will be healthier.

you have to be vegetarian, not vegan. vegans have nutrition problems. and ur health depends on ur excersize, stress and surroundins. not just food.
