Because they're brainwashed themselves, so they think they need to brainwash other people. Luckily not everyone is capable of being brainwashed, so that we can have some free thinkers in this world.

Maybe these people think that if everyone on the planet believed the same it would be a better place. Maybe they are afraid that if they don't keep up the conversion numbers they will slip into a minority small enough to be persecuted. Maybe they have small boring lives and they need to intrude upon the lives and beliefs of others out of sheer boredom.
Rather than let it piss you off, feel sorry for them. The Judgement, the condemnation - even intolerance seems like a sin akin to pride - it can't be good for them. Some day people will learn to live and let live - and the best way to get rid of something is to ignore it.
Peace!

Jehovah's Witnesses are unconcerned about the opinions of some questioner on Yahoo Answers. Instead, Jehovah's Witnesses are concerned with following the explicit direction of the Head of the Christian congregation.
It actually seems significant that the relatively small religion of Jehovah's Witnesses are the ones best known for their worldwide preaching work. Yet Jesus commanded that ALL who would call themselves "Christian" perform this public work:
(Matthew 28:19,20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And, look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.”

Its pissing a lot of us off. However, not all people of those groups are like that, just tje fringe fundamentalist factions. and by the way, jehovah's witnesses are also christians. sadly, fundamentalist groups are growing since desert storm, and seem to be feeding off the fear of death that is pervading the world right now.

well i am sorry if someone talking the word to you pisses you off in your terms... i do not talk to people usually unless they give me a chance... i was raised baptist and i know my dad was a true man of god... i was happier as a child being raised the way i was than all my adult years.. i have done wrong in my life and now i am trying to live the will of god.. i have always believed but i did not have any street smarts and i tend to get in the wrong crowd sometimes...i am a very caring, try to be very helpful and some people in this world are out to hurt others, use them, and whatever they can get by with...i am glad for my being raised knowing the lord and i thank god i have hope of eternal life with jesus...i believe the bible and know what it is to have a true realtionship with god almighty...i do wish you had the same experience...we are suppose to be a witness for god...i thank you for the chance to tell a little of how i feel... i hope i did not make you mad but i am telling you what i truly know and feel in my heart and soul... and i know my god is real.....

They all seem to think they're on the moral "high ground." They forget that the only way to get to Heaven is by actually living a pretty morally decent life, believing in God & Jesus, loving their neighbors and not being Judgemental. They can't score points per person they convert.
Don't let 'em piss you off! Just tell them you're not interested in helping them score points with GOD and they'll get off your back...or at least, you'll begin to piss THEM off!

I believe in Jesus, and I want to spread the word about his wonderful gift of eternal life. The gift is offered to everyone and that is why I want to tell it to everyone so nobody would not miss it because I did not open my mouth. There is no need to be pissed about it...because if you refuse to be with God in eternity, you will not be over there. It is about a free will.

Don't get upset they just found something they love and want to share. Its how our world works. If the person who invented M&M's kept it to themself Then you be piss off. Just cause you don't agree doesn't mean they should stop spreading the word. Someone else may want to hear it. It's Sales.

Because they know theirs is the right religion and yours is a pile of crap.
Since none of them come with the GodsHousekeeping Seal of Approval, it's all conjecture.
