I don't why you would want to make your avatar fat but since it is not a technical option, perhaps you could just close your eyes and imagine it fat and go from there. After all, one's perception is also one's reality.

You can't yet. They are still adding more features so it will take some time. I'm still looking for them to put a martial arts uniform on the avatar wardrobe!

I don't think you can make your avatar fat.
They have a maternity avatar though. It's under Holidays (I think)Mother's Day. :)
