Explain God?
God is incomprehensible!
Simply inexplicable!
I ask you to try and get your head around the following..
A one dimensional being is something that can move in one direction only. A two dimensional thing is like a painting has length and width but not height.
Now we humans are a three dimensional being which has length width and height. We are like objects which have form and can be touched and if we go out into the sunlight we cast a two dimensional shadow.
This is something we can all definitely understand and know.
Now could you imagine what a four dimensional figure looks like? Think about that for a moment, and I will help you to visualise what a four dimensional looks like..............................................
Four dimensional beings/objects cast 3 dimensional shadows, and five dimensional beings/objects cast 4 dimensional shadows and so on. mindboggling.
Could the most intelligent human/scientist on earth describe what a 5 dimensional being looks like? or how about an 11th dimensional being? I and they would be dumbfounded, wouldn't you?
Well lets say that god is a 1000th dimensional being and increasing by the minute by a factor of 1000.
Explain God?
God is what God is.
(This may not really help you, but God is not written on these threads. God is in you, and when you are ready you will know that.)

Islam makes sense
============
The most concise definition of God in Islam is given in the four verses of Chapter 112 of the Qur’an:
"Say: He is God, The One and Only. "God, the Eternal, Absolute.
"He begets not, nor is He begotten. And there is none like unto Him."
[Quran 112:1-4]
1.Say, He is God, One and only.
God cannot be more than ONE because if there were many gods besides God, then there would not have been such order in the universe, and each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have lorded it over others. If there would have been many gods then each god would try to defeat others to establish his rule.
(Quran 17:42-43) Say: If there had been (other) gods with Him, as they say,- behold, they would certainly have sought out a way to the Lord of the Throne! Glory to Him! He is high above all that they say!- Exalted and Great (beyond measure)!
2. God, the Eternal, Absolute
God has to be Eternal then otherwise He would have a beginning. Suppose, we say God had a beginning, then there was a time when God did not exist. It means that he needed somebody else to make him exist. So there is somebody else who is God, not him. but as we agreed that there is only one God, therefore, there is no one else who make Him exist. When we say that God cannot be born, we are also saying that a creator cannot becomes his creation, because creation means what is in need of a creator. To be a creature, mean there had to be someone to create you. So if God becomes his creation, it means now he is in need of a creator. And this is absudity! As we know, A creation is not eternal. An eternal being is uncreated. We can conclude that the one God who is uncreated, has to be Eternal.
3. "He begets not, nor is He begotten"
It follows by logical necessity that if God is one, and if He is eternal, Then obviously He does not beget , Nor is he begotten. Because if He beget, then He will have a child and the child will have to be God-like. So there will then be two Gods. Since we agreed that there is only one God, you cannot have two. OR If he was begotten, that means he would have father. Then the father will be older than him and more eternal than him. and we cannot have one who is more eternal than "ETERNAL"
In Short, It is IMPOSSIBLE that God can LITERALLY have a son.
4. And there is none like unto Him
means He is unique unlike that which He has created.
========
Hope this makes sense to you
If yes..
then
why are you not a muslim?????

you have to give much more detail .than this.
which God do you need to have explained,
there are various gods that apply to Earth lings
as well as entities who are not gods at all.
but lets just asume that you are talking about Jehova ,he is one of the more popular names in the USA
christianity was suposedly started by
an Annunaki, who was known as the Creator ,and who colonized this planet 300.000 years ago with a slave race that he created ,by genetic engeneering and cloning
,to mine gold for him.
this was the Adam race ,the story that became a religion was to, give these people roots and a purpose and ultimately to control them .
the Creator s descendants to this day mantain control over the people of this planet and are know as the Illuminati ,
this Creator was hardly a God and neither were his , Angels
.these illuminati have fed the myth over the centuries and have done everything to prevent the truth from emerging,by using the media ,which they control, including Holliwood, which made use of sophisticated manipuations ,misinformation resulting in mass brainwashing.
the vatican incidently comes under the same regime ,check the free mason conections of all the popes and you will see.
these brainwashings include to disbelieve ,the things i have just said ,and only people outside of this mass media s influence can begin to apreciate these alternative concepts.
and it is sad and blasphemous that so many people have betrayed the Real Gods of this planet,
Although they have superimposed and based a lot of their invasive imaginary religion on the concepts of Baal and slandered the humanized representations of the character of Gaia ,
these are both Gods that can be seen everyday in all of their splendor and majesty.
Gaia .the world we live on ,from which all of life stems .
the Mother of all creations and the supplier of all what is needed to sustain these.
powered by the might of the Suns life-giving rays.
it has recently been discovered that sun spot activity is directly related to mayor Human events ,suggesting the depth of this Gods influence over Humanity.
how much more Godly or real can it get ,

God does not have to make any "sense". While we are here on this physical earthly plane of existance we are like newborn babes. We have small capasity for understanding complex ideas and concepts. Even likening God as a parent to an infant is vastly underestimating the difference between what God is and is capable of and us here as His children. While we have use of only ten percent of our current total brain function, we do not even fully or really utilize that ten percent. So, for one to ask for an "explaination" and expect any here on earth to actually be able to provide any type of coherent answer which even comes a fraction close to what is true and real is just impossible. God just IS. That is the only explanation which is possible. There is too much here which points to a God. One small example of how so many take one thing for granted which the five senses can not "prove" exists but everyone just "knows" it does is love. Think of a person you love with all your heart. It shouldn't be too difficult as we all have at least one person, even if it is just a mother or father who we deeply love. Now, go to the first person you see and Prove that love exists. It is impossible with only using your five senses. Why are so many, the entire population of the earth, willing to completely beleave in an emotion such as love existing when it is unable to be proven with the five senses, yet then turn and say "I can't believe in anything which my five senses can not show me to be true". They do this all the timej!! This is just one small example of people knowing without any doubt of something existing without being able to use the five senses to prove it. Why then is it so difficult to beleave a Being such as a God created that love? Created everything around us? A good metaphor is the watch and its maker. A watch is intricate in how it works. Each small peice is needed in order for the timepeice to tell or show others what time it is. Yet, a watch is far less intricate than the world and all on it and within it. A watch which shows time could not possibly have just had a big band put it together and all of a sudden it just began to form and then work. Someone must have created, or thought up this item which shows time, and then designed it and then put it together and then wound it and put it ticking. Why it is more difficult for me to beleave that a big bang occured which just started this world to be formed and all life in existance to also form and it all live and beget itself for future generations. Rediculous!! That is just so silly. It is too much to comprehend that this world "accidently" formed and all life forms automatically generated themselves from one celled creatures, and we all just "began" life and so forth. Too silly, too simple and unbelievable for me. God is much easier to comprehend for me than life being an "accident" as a watch being created and suddenly start ticking and telling time could be an accident. So, is there a God? For me this is the ONLY reasonable answer. However, we all must find our own path to what we will believe. We are all on our own individual journey and each of us must find our own way, what works for us on our own. We have no rights to tell another what they should believe or how they should walk down their paths of life and spirituality and growth.
We come into this world naked with nothing but our soul, when we leave we take only our soul and what we have added to it.

most likely he is mankind's personification of some fictitious all-knowing thing that made everything. even if you are religious, if you entertain this concept for just a second you can at least see how man might come up with such a thing. after all, there has never been proof of this thing we call God, this doesn't mean He does not exist, because it would be naive and foolish to state you know there IS no God. Nevertheless, the most logical assumption is that we made Him up based on things familiar to us as humans.
