If you are talking about my mailman (bob), then this might explain why my mail always ends up getting wet.

Because BOB is reading the scriptures and not taking everything into context. That is why there are sooo many religions because all the BOBs out there that have interpreted them incorrectly or without the spirit. It is very important to read the scriptures but one must also pray before and after and ask God to help you in having a proper understanding of what you are reading and to seek for the correct meaning and interpretation. Men are not perfect, but we must give BOB some credit he is trying.

Most likely because "Bob" believes that he is doing what God wants to get what Bob wants as well. "I, Bob, want vengence. But wait, God does that. Well, God must want what I want. So, I'll just do Gods work."
