Try eating cereal with low fat milk or skim milk.
Healthy cereal! Not frosted flakes or lucky charms.

Snacks that are 200 calories or less are generally a good bet. Try for snacks that have whole grain and some protein which will keep you full longer, any dairy should be reduced fat.
A few ideas:
- 1/2 whole wheat English muffin with 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- a piece of fruit and 1 ounce (a slice) of reduced fat cheese
- 2 cups of cut up fruit (like melon) and 1 1/2 tablespoon of nuts
- 1/3 cup pasta with 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese
-trail mix --2 T dried sweetened cranberries, 2 T raisins, 2 T peanuts
-1 fat free jello pudding cup
-veggies and dip
-fat free yogurt
-pizza muffin, 1/2 whole wheat muffin, 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce and reduced fat mozzarella toasted
-whole wheat crackers (like Triscuit) and reduced fat cheese
-cereal and milk
-snack size bag of potato chips
-mini bag of microwave popcorn
These are just some ideas, it also depends on what you are eating the rest of the day, if you ate more calories than usual earlier in the day have a lighter snack. I am currently using a book by Prevention magazine called "Firm up in 3 Weeks" that includes 101 snack ideas (where some of these came from) as well as 155 meal ideas for healthy eating. I like it because they are all figured out to include protein, whole grains, enough veggies and fruits etc. which makes it easier to eat healthy. I'll put a link for it in the sources if you are interested.

Maybe some low fat yoghurt and chopped fruit. Personally I would have your last meal later on maybe 7.30pm, don't buy into this not eating past a certain time it's rubbish.
I lost nearly 3 stone, I did it by eating a small amount of something healthy every time I was hungry, I was eating 6-8 times a day but still consuming the same amount as having 3 meals a day.

Popcorn, piece of toast, bowl of rice.....
Usually when we have cravings we're craving starch. So try and have something with a lot of starch but not that fattening.
This way you'll stop the cravings and you wont get fat.

I'm likely in bed by midnight, but my latest snack could be a popcorn.
