Don't eat any form of sugar or white flour. Drink 8 glasses of water a day, eat only whole grain bread, 4 to 7 servings of vegetables a day, 2 servings of fruit a day, fish three times a week (only grilled or baked not fried) and lean meats, low fat everything, plain roasted almonds and low fat peanut butter, whole grain pasta, brown rice, 3 eggs a week, go easy on the cheese low fat would be better, whole grain crackers with Laughing Cow Cheese (yum), banana strawberry milk shake (yum yum)(w/ skim milk), dark chocolate bars (you can cheat a bit but only eat one or two squares a day). Stay away from sugarless candy and soda's (makes you crave real sugar). Ice teas or hot tea is better. Most important, stay away from fast foods.Take a 30 minute brisk walk building up to more exercise as the pounds fall off and you feel better. Sit ups and swimming and bike riding is great. I did it and it worked, no more flab around the middle more energy and I feel lighter going up the stairs. I am never hungry or have craving for sugar either. Good luck!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Really everyone seems to be right this time, so far anyway. I would also recommend drinking green tea. It helps with weight loss. As far as exercising goes, you have to sweat and get your heart pumping for it to do you any good. Eating your heavier meal earlier in the day will help too. As will drinking milk. Use raw veggies and fruit as snacks, but once in a while allow yourself a small portion of something sweet, (unless you are diabetic,) or a favorite snack, so that you don't binge. Just cut the portions down. Eat more green veggies than white. They say that the darker and brighter fruits and veggies are, the healthier they are. LOTS of water. Sodas will have to go if you want to lose. Oh, and add some lemon juice to that hot tea, tastes much better. (I prefer Lipton's Jasmine, Orange and Passionfruit one.)

YOU CAN EAT LESS AND DO ALOT OF EXERCISE. CUT DOWN ON SOME OF THE FOOD THAT HAS ALOT OF FAT IN IT.
