i hav astama and i hav takin inhauler every 4 hours as instruced. its goin a littl bettr but im still havin troubl breathing does anyone hav any "tricks" to help it.

Try sipping on hot coffee or a hot tea. Seems to help my kids.

I have Asthma too. Unfortunatley there are no tricks that will help u. Just drink some water and take deep breaths.

As it's due to allergens like pollens,dust,mite etc.Avoid them, if you have pet in your house if you have carpets and if your job is full of things like allergens you have to take prevention to avoid them or use mask at work,if allergic to food just avoid them, like dairy products and medicine like aspirin,too causes it, so you have to find it write a minute diary where have you been and what were surroundings and what initiated asthma, try to analyze for the causative allergens and avoidance to them may give you relief.

yeah. personally, i feel that ventolin offers a quick fix but in the long run your breating gets dependent on it so your breaths are short and calculated. i suggest budecort every night until it subsides then you can get off medication. for emergency, you can have the blue budecort one.
don't smoke. stay away from pollution. for the long haul, swimming is sure to expand your lungs and make it capable to hold more air.

also there are alot of thing that can make you have more probs like foods I had acid induced asthma along with others typs but I had alot of prob just after eating
